About SportsNetAmerica

SportsNetAmerica.com  is an internet sports webcasting network featuring live and archived sporting events from the professional to the high school level,
as well as weekly shows with our own SportsNetAmerica personalities.

SportsNetAmerica continues to cover the world of sports. Our credits include live coverage of the Breeders Cup World Thoroughbred Championships, Harness racing's Hambletonian, Meadowlands Pace and Breeders Crown events, The PrimeTime Basketball Shootout featuring the top high school teams across the country and the New Jersey High School Hockey championships produced in conjunction with Comcast, and the Northeast Collegiate Volleyball Association championship. SportsNetAmerica is also the home of the New Jersey Ironmen indoor soccer team of the MISL.

SportsNetAmerica recently added an exciting new area to the site, allowing sports fans to upload their own sports video content.

SportsNetAmerica was founded in March of 2004 by Mike Curci, a veteran radio and television broadcaster in the New York metropolitan area for the past 24 years. Curci has worked as a featured television anchor for NewSport, a national sports network, as well as handling play-by-play of minor league baseball, the MetroStars of MLS, and various networks including Comcast and Metro TV. He currently is a featured host of "Racing From The Meadowlands" on Fox Sports Net, and Racing From Monmouth Park on TVG, as well as host of several shows on SportsNetAmerica.

Along with Curci, principal SportsNetAmerica partners include Jeffrey Karlovitch, Vice-President of Technology and owner of web development company Get Real Interactive, Michael Maguire, Executive Vice-President of Marketing and Development, formerly of Wall Street firm Henderson Bros., and Jim Marano, Vice President of Community Relations, general manager of Marano and Sons auto dealership in New Jersey.
